- The Maximize, Minimize, and Close buttons have been removed.
- A new Status Bar has been added at the top of the screen to display status messages.

- The former System Bar buttons are now part of the Action Bar and are displayed on the same row along with the Action Bar buttons. The System Bar as a separate entity has been removed.
- The Action Bar buttons are grouped according to similar or related functionalities.
- When the number of action buttons exceed the screen space, a down arrow button appears on the right. Clicking this down arrow button displays a drop-down menu which lists additional action buttons.
- The Blog, Help, Training, and Contact Us buttons have been moved to the top-left corner from the top-right corner.
- A new button Updates has been added on the top-left corner of the screen. This button displays the the enhancements and fixes implemented in the current version of the application. The button will disappear if there are no update messages. They will remain for about two weeks after an update.
- The view name now appears in the Status Bar at the top. The earlier header bar for displaying the view name has been removed. The Customize button, which is used to customize a grid, has been moved to the Action Bar.
Enhancements to the Automation Functionality
The Automation functionality has been enhanced to include the following improvements:
- Execute an automation manually anytime.
- Execute an automation only once for a specific object.
- Schedule the execution of an automation daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Once Only Steps – This will trigger the step – only once, for the object (Account/invoice/Support, etc)
- Assignment Flag – If the assignment flag is checked on a workflow, it will assign only unassigned objects
- Ability to send email to a contact linked to an invoice or another transaction. This will send the email to the associated contact on the transaction
Automation will no longer trigger on updates to the record. These changes will allow for better control over events that control automation. They would result in faster workflow performance.
Tasks Column in a Grid
The Tasks column in a grid displays a link when there is an open task associated with a record. If there are no open tasks associated with a record, then no link appears in the Tasks column for that record. If the open tasks for a record are closed, then the link disappears from the Tasks column.
Actions Column in a Grid
The Actions column in a grid displays a link to the actions history of a record. If no actions history exist for a record, then no link appears in the Actions column next to that record.
Generate Reports in Additional Formats

Improvements in the Data Import Wizard
In the Mapping tab of the Data Import Wizard, the listboxes on the right contain suggested fields mapped to the database file fields on the left. You can choose to set a different field from the drop-down menu for a listbox. In the drop-down menu, a tick mark appears next to the already selected option.
